Aaron: “Aaron Patterson. The Aaron Patterson. New York City, born and raised.”
Got it! Let’s start this off easy, What is your most cherished childhood memory?
Aaron: “Spending time with my brother Devon. Our parents were loving but constantly working as they tried to support me and my younger brother. This often meant we were on our own.”
What about If you were given complete freedom to start afresh, what profession would you choose and why?
Aaron: “None other than the one I have chosen. I started my own firm, out of my one-bedroom apartment. I knew I was too ambitious to take orders from someone else. My ideas were bold and innovative, and often ignored for safer ones. My business exploded within five years and became Patterson Advertising Agency, a multi-million dollar conglomerate.”
What makes you angry? Are you short-tempered? How do you overcome your anger?
Aaron: “Employees who don’t do their jobs. I vowed to myself to be the leader and to hold my employees to the same standards to which I hold myself. I always get my job done: on time and on point. Plain and simple. How do I overcome anger? Sports. Lots of it.”
If given a chance to skip work for a day, how would you spend the entire day?
Aaron: “Anything to give me that satisfied ache in my hips and shoulders, the one that tells me I’ve gotten in an extra workout.” *winks*
If I gave you an elephant where would you hide it?
Aaron: “I am hiding one. You don’t see it, so clearly, it’s in a good place.”
